About K.D. Vassiliou Group: Building software. Running businesses.

K.D. Vassiliou Group Limited is a software house in Cyprus. We build, host and support the software businesses run on, for companies in Cyprus and across Europe, and we run businesses of our own, which is how we know what a business needs from its software.

The company

Who we are

We build the systems a business operates on, not brochure sites: point of sale, online stores, CRMs, internal tools, and the integrations between them and the couriers, payment providers and suppliers our clients already use. We host what we build, on our own servers in Europe or on the client's accounts, and we stay to support it.

Beside the software house we run a gyros shop in Nicosia, Gyro Apolafseis, and a cleaning company that works across Cyprus, Vassiliou Cleaning Solutions. Both sell online. Our founder also co-founded Anchor, which helps banks guide customers through life events.

The founder

Who leads the work

Kypros Vassiliou founded K.D. Vassiliou Group and leads it as Founder and Chief Executive, and he still reviews the code. He is a co-founder and the technical lead of Anchor.

“Founder, operator, still a builder at heart.”

Process

How we work

Four steps, and we stay on after the fourth: what we build, we also host and support.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map how the business actually runs today, including the spreadsheets and the workarounds.

  2. 02

    Build

We build the system in small, shippable pieces you can use before it is finished.

  3. 03

    Integrate

We connect it to the couriers, payment providers and marketplaces you already depend on.

  4. 04

    Host and support

We run it on infrastructure you own or on ours, as agreed, with backups, monitoring and someone to call.

What we hold to

Four principles
  1. P1

We tell you whether software is the answer, and roughly what it would take.

  2. P2

What we build, we host and support.

  3. P3

We do not name a client, show their logo or publish their screenshots without written permission.

  4. P4

Every case study says where the system stands, finished or not.
