Most of what holds a small site back is technical rather than editorial: pages that render late, a sitemap nobody generates, a translation that covers half the site, or a content model so awkward that nothing gets published.
We fix that end of it. Pages are rendered statically where they can be, scripts are kept off the critical path, and the machine-readable surfaces - sitemap, robots policy, structured data, social previews and, increasingly, a plain-text summary for language models - are generated from the content rather than maintained by hand.
Where a site is bilingual, both languages come from the same source, so publishing once publishes everywhere.
