02What we collect
If you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, budget band, the service you choose, when you need it, your message, and the page you came from. Your internet address is held briefly in memory to stop repeated sends, and is not stored.

03Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal.
04Where it goes
Our mail relay sends your message through ZeptoMail to our mailbox, hosted by Zoho in the EU. The website itself stores nothing.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email system so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
06Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to inquiries@kdvassiliougroup.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
07Cookies and analytics
If you accept analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It does not record your name, your email address or anything you type into the contact form.
We rely on your consent for this. Analytics runs only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you choose No thanks, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page, and withdrawing removes the cookies from this website.
Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_QMQ3JCE6GB, which last up to two years. Google may process the data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep it for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
The website remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage. That record stays on your device.
