What it does
Anchor describes itself as “AI-powered proactive engagement inside retail banks.” In practice, it works in three steps.

Spots a confirmed life event in the bank's own data, such as buying a home, getting married or having a baby.
- 02
Guides the customer through the tax rules, state benefits and bank products that apply, with every figure sourced.
- 03
Alerts the relationship manager, sharing the customer's summary only when the customer taps Send.
Engineering
How it is built
The design rules Anchor states in public:

Numbers never come from the language model: every figure is computed by a rules engine and cited.
- 02
It is designed to run on the bank's premises or in an EU cloud the bank controls, so client data stays in the bank.
- 03
White-label: it works under the bank's brand, inside the bank's own app.

It offers general guidance, not regulated financial advice.

Status
Where it stands
As of October 2026, Anchor is a working demo on synthetic data in fictional banks, and is preparing its first bank pilot, starting in Luxembourg. The bank pays, never its customers. Banks and investors register interest on Anchor's own site.
